Referrals

If you are referred to secondary care please attend your appointment, if you are unable to attend please cancel your appointment, this will enable your appointment to be offered to another patient.  Not attending appointments without cancelling them is a serious waste of resources. We are not responsible for cancellations of your hospital appointment; please do not ask us to chase this up, this is out of our control.
