Your responsibilities to us are:
- Enquire from our staff as to your needs and we’ll try to help you to the best of our ability.
- Give at least 6-8 weeks notice before the date of travel for holiday vaccination courses, for which there is no charge.
- Keep the appointment when offered.
- Cancel and inform us if you cannot keep it.
