We will continue, and expand our new clinics in response to our patient’s needs.
Your responsibilities to us are:

• To make an appointment for these clinics through the reception staff.
• To keep your appointment and arrive punctually.
• To inform the practice if you are unable to keep your appointment.
• To attend all-important follow-up appointments as part of the review/monitoring service which we will perform.
